Return Process

If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.

  4. Carefully package the item(s) with the original tags and packaging and include the RA number.

  5. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refund Process
