Newborn (NB):

Weight: Up to 7 pounds (3.2 kg)
Height: Up to 17 inches (43 cm)

0-3 Months:

Weight: 7-12 pounds (3.2-5.4 kg)
Height: 17-23 inches (43-58 cm)

3-6 Months:

Weight: 12-17 pounds (5.4-7.7 kg)
Height: 23-27 inches (58-68 cm)

6-9 Months:

Weight: 17-21 pounds (7.7-9.5 kg)
Height: 27-29 inches (68-74 cm)

9-12 Months:

Weight: 21-25 pounds (9.5-11.3 kg)
Height: 29-31 inches (74-79 cm)

12-18 Months:

Weight: 25-28 pounds (11.3-12.7 kg)
Height: 31-33 inches (79-84 cm)

18-24 Months (2T):
Weight: 28-30 pounds (12.7-13.6 kg)
